System Detail

The System Detail page provides a comprehensive view of a refrigerant system, allowing you to review and update key information. Manage essential system details, track warranty and compliance information, and configure additional attributes to ensure efficient operation and regulatory adherence.

Navigate to Sites > Refrigerant Systems Status and select a system. You also navigate to this page when you're creating a new site system through Sites > Systems > Add system.

The System Detail page has four sections you can view or edit.

System details

• System name

• System ID code: Unique identifier for the system.

• Description

• Serial number: Manufacturer's serial number.

• Model number: Model number of the system.

• Model year: Year of manufacture.

• ERM active date: Date the system became active in vx Maintain.

• Category and Subcategory: Asset classification of the system.

• EPA category: Refrigerant system's category for Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) compliance.

• Certification type: Required certification to service the system.

• Full charge: Amount of refrigerant at full capacity.

• Refrigerant unit of measure: Measurement unit for refrigerant, such as pounds or kilograms.

• Refrigerant type

• Charge determination method: Method used to calculate or measure refrigerant levels. For example, measurement, calculation, on site documentation, and others.

• Purchased charge: Original refrigerant charge configuration.

• System status: Current operational state, such as normal operation, provisional operation, under repair, and others.

Warranty details

• Warranty name

• Warranty period: Duration of the coverage.

• Warranty description

• Manufacturer: Producer of the system.

• Manufactured date: Date the system was built.

• Supplier: Supplier of the system.

Additional details

• Installation date: Date the system was installed.

• Location: Physical location of the system.

• Structure location: Indicates whether the system is indoors, outdoors, or both.

• Tonnage: Cooling capacity of the system.

• Hermetically sealed: Indicates if the system is sealed.

• System type: Temperature classification, such as high, medium, or low temperature.

• System configuration: Type of refrigerant system. For instance, air conditioner, chiller, freezer, and others.

• Shutdown date: Planned or actual shutdown date.

ALD details

• Automatic leak detection: Indicates if automatic leak detect ion (ALD) is enabled. If yes, additional fields appear for further configuration.
